All services are provided in accordance with applicable local building codes and industry standards.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on the scope of work and current scheduling. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but may not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing access to the work area and ensuring that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. You must also disclose any known issues with the property that may affect the work. Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon terms.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already purchased. Any deposits for completed work or purchased materials are non-refundable.

9. Liability and Insurance

SV Sunnyvale Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage to protect both our clients and our team members. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed or discoverable during our initial assessment.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
